Ordering and Return Policy
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not 100% satisfied with any Fraud Doctor product, you may request a full refund** within 30-days of the date of purchase.
Send an email to accounting@fraud-doctor.com with the following information:
* Your name
* Your email address associated with your account
* The product name
* The price you paid for the product
* The date of purchase
* The method of payment
* The transaction ID number
* A PDF copy of your receipt (the receipt email or credit card charge receipt are both accepted)
* The reason you wish to claim a refund (this helps us make improvements to ensure expectations are met)
